disappointing maintenance issues

faulty plug cold tap
I was really hoping for a better experience but some things were disappointing. the bathroom sink had a faulty drain plug. it was difficult to drain the water. also, a cold tap literally came off in my hands. this happened despite staying in an executive club room. it. The hotel needs better maintenance.
